PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026
The Columbia Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Columbia Township Zoning Resolution which were initiated by the Columbia Township Zoning Commission. The public hearing will be on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. in the Columbia Town Hall located at 25496 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028.
Zoning Amendment 2026-3 would make changes to the Official Columbia Township Zoning Map. Zoning Amendment 2026-4 entirely revises Article 8 Official Schedule of District Regulations and renumbers Section 8.12 to Section 9.17 Alterations of Existing Terrain.
The map and text of the Zoning Amendments will be available for review for 10 days at the Columbia Township Zoning Office also located in the Columbia Town Hall.
