COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION

JUNE 4, 2026

The Columbia Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on two proposed amendments to the Columbia Township Zoning Resolution. Both amendments were initiated by motion of the Zoning Commission. The public hearing will be held at the Columbia Town Hall on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. The Columbia Town Hall is located at 25496 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, Ohio 44028.


Proposed Zoning Amendment 2026-3 would make revisions to the Official Columbia Township Zoning Map. Proposed Zoning Amendment 2026-4 would make revisions to Article 8: Official Schedule of District Regulations.


The complete text of proposed Zoning Amendments 2026-3 and 2026-4 will be available for examination in the Zoning Office from Thursday, May 21, 2026 through Thursday, June 4, 2026. Proposed Zoning Amendments 2026-3 and 2026-4 were submitted to the Lorain County Planning Commission for their recommendations and after the conclusion of this public hearing they will be submitted to the Columbia Township Board of Trustees for further action.
