NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2026

The Columbia Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing

on two proposed zoning amendments to the Columbia Township

Zoning Resolution on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:15 p.m. The public

hearing will be at the Columbia Town Hall, 25496 Royalton Road,

Columbia Station, OH 44028. Both zoning amendments were initiated

by the Columbia Township Zoning Commission.

Zoning Amendment 2026-1 would make changes to Article 7:

Establishment and Purpose of Districts. Zoning Amendment 2026-2

would make changes to Article 8: Official Schedule of District

Regulations by adding Article 8.12 Alterations of Existing Terrain.

The proposed zoning amendments will be available for examination

from Monday, February 23, 2026, through Monday, March 2, 2026,

in the Columbia Township Zoning Office Monday through Thursday
